Screendesk changelog: Zendesk forms and Viewer insights
We are excited to announce that adding a screen recording link to your Zendesk forms is now possible. You can customize the color of the button and specify the scope of users that can access it. This new feature will make it easier for users to submit recordings with their first ticket, and it works with the classic web widget of Zendesk. You can find more information on how to use it in our product documentation.
Viewer Insights (BETA)
Additionally, Viewer Insights is now available in beta. With this feature, you can now track the number of views on your recordings and receive a notification when a recording is first watched. You also have the option to disable this notification in your settings. This new feature will help you to track the performance of your videos and improve customer support.
What’s been improved
We are now supporting German as a new language for the recorder. It will also work in the different integrations.
