Screendesk changelog: Live screensharing recordings & Zendesk tags
What’s new
Tags for Zendesk: tickets will now be automatically tagged with the following tags: screendesk-received-recording, screendesk-sent-recording, screendesk-live-screensharing, screendesk-requested-recording. This will make it easier to organize and search for tickets related to screen sharing and recordings, and also make it easier to measure ROI of using screen recordings.
Recordings for live screen sharing: Now you can record your live screen sharing sessions and refer back to them later. This feature is especially useful for training new support agents.
Restricted access for logged in users to received recordings and live recordings: When enabled, only logged in users who belong to the account will be able to view recordings. This added security measure will ensure that only authorized users can access sensitive information.
