What’s New
Automatic tagging for Intercom
Screendesk now includes automatic tagging for intercom conversations. This feature will help you keep track of important events and actions within your conversations, making it easier to stay organized and productive.
When an agent requests a screen recording, the conversation will be automatically tagged with "screendesk-recording-requested".
When two people join a live call, the conversation will be automatically tagged with "screendesk-live-screensharing".
When an agent sends a recording to a user, the conversation will be automatically tagged with "screendesk-recording-sent".
When a user sends a screen recording to an agent, the conversation will be automatically tagged with "screendesk-recording-received".
With these automatic tags, you can quickly and easily identify and access conversations that are related to screen recordings and screensharing. You will also be able to measure your ROI for using Screendesk!
Translation of the recorder and Intercom messages
We are excited to announce a major update to the recorder: it is now available in three additional languages! The recorder will automatically switch to the browser's default language, if it is supported. If the browser's default language is not supported, the recorder will fall back to English.
This update expands the accessibility of the recorder to a wider audience, making it easier for users to use the tool in their preferred language. The automatic language switching feature ensures a seamless and intuitive experience for all users.
The following languages are now supported:
French (🇫🇷)
Spanish (🇪🇸)
Portuguese (🇵🇹)
We hope this update will enhance your experience with the recorder and make it even easier to use.
